Jenni and Mitchell’s Dreamy Open-Air Wedding in Copenhagen

Jenni and Mitchell fell in love while working together at a restaurant in Florida. After becoming friends, they moved in together and got engaged on the beach in 2020. With Mitchell’s Danish roots in mind, they decided to get married in Denmark. Their special day took place in the gorgeous Garden of The Royal Library on a sunny day. Follow their love story captured by me, as their Copenhagen Wedding Photographer.

The day began with the morning preparations at the Scandic Palace Hotel next to the City Hall. I captured some beautiful shots of Jenni getting ready, including a shot of her morning courage, as she prepared for the big day. After the preparations, the couple had their first look, and I captured some beautiful moments between them.

We then explored the charming streets of Copenhagen with some of the guests, taking portraits of the couple and stopping for coffee and juice along the way. It was a delightful way to start the day and capture some candid moments of the couple and their loved ones.

Later in the day, we met up with the rest of the family, who had traveled from all around the world to be there for the ceremony. The garden was a perfect backdrop for the open-air ceremony, and I captured some beautiful moments of the couple exchanging their vows.

After the ceremony, we took some group pictures and finished off the day with cake and bubbles. It was a lovely way to celebrate the newlyweds and their love for each other.

Jenni and Mitchell’s story is a beautiful one, and it was an honor to be a part of their special day in Denmark. As a wedding photographer in Copenhagen, I believe that each wedding is unique, and I love capturing the candid and authentic moments that make each wedding special.
